My wife loves her bubble umbrella. She almost wants it to rain more often so she can use it. She's pretty small, so when she puts this thing over her, she enters this huge transparent dome that keeps the top third of her body entirely dry (which means that her hair stays dry!). She likes the pink trim, and it's a good thing the color is limited to just trim, because I've seen other bubble umbrellas that have fish or polka-dots and things that obscure the 'viewing window' inherent to the design; totally self-defeating.
Anyway, her only complaint is that it's a little big to carry, but she says it's a small price to pay for protection from the elements.

I love the idea of a bubble umbrella but when I opened the package all I thought was oh-my-god-it's-huge. This may be a plus for some because you get a huge umbrella for under $20 but I find it a bit too cumbersome to carry around with me on a rainy day. This is a great idea for ladies who are paranoid about their hair or purses getting wet but I only wanted it because it looks cute. The quality is good (but then again, I have only used it in light rain) but the picture depicted isn't too clear. The pink trim and handle is more of a neon pink than a light pink (I would've rather had a light pink trim) but all in all I feel satisfied with my purchase. I recommend you use a measuring tape to pan out the size so you won't be as surprised as I was :)

I really like the umbrella in general, but i just don't like the fact that you have to push a metal button down and slide it up to open it. I thought it would be one of those umbrella's where u push it and it pop's into its form. The last thing that REALLY bothered me was that MY umbrella was partly bent when i received it. NOT TOO HAPPY ABOUT IT. I don't have time to return it because it's been raining a lot and I need it a.s.a.p.
