I bought this apron as a treat for myself and I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews. The fabric is more than thick enough. I am also far from a petite woman and it fits just fine. My husband was deployed when I bought this and when he came home and I made pizza the first time and wore this he thought it was great. No problems whatsoever and I plan to buy at least one more in a different style.

It's nice, but the material it's made from is just too thin to make it as crisp and perky as it is in the picture. Get out the spray starch!
