I was contacted a day after placing my order informing me that the color I wanted was on backorder. They offered to send me my choice of their other color option, refund my money or I could wait for the original one I wanted to come in. I picked the blue/pink instead of the pink/pink and received it within two days of my response. I love the product and have had no problems with it. It is reversible and the Kindle fits in it very well. It is not to snug that you have problems getting it in and out but holds it perfectly. I am very happy with my purchase.

This sleeve works beautifully for protecting my Kindle when carting it around and it's easy to slip the Kindle in & out of it. I like that it doesn't add much bulk to the Kindle like a hard cover would. So functionally, it's awesome. However, like others said, when I first got it, it STANK. I washed it twice which didn't help. What did the trick was that I put a Bounty dryer sheet in it, left it alone for a few days, then turned it inside out and put another sheet in it, and left it alone some more...and FINALLY the smell faded. So bottom line is while I like the product just fine, I couldn't use it for over a week (well, I COULD have used it, but I was unwilling to deal with the smell).
